• Business contacts: name, email, phone, company and the content of messages sent by email or WhatsApp.
• Candidates: résumé data and information sent through the jobs portal or by email, plus information generated during the selection process, such as interviews, assessments and references the candidate authorizes.
• Browsing: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting server may log technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.

3. Why we use it

• To answer contacts, prepare proposals and deliver the services we are hired for.
• To run selection processes, which includes presenting the candidate's profile to the hiring company for the position under consideration.
• To consider candidates for other suitable opportunities, when they agree.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on consent, the performance of a contract or steps prior to it, legitimate interest and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data only when necessary: with client companies, within each selection process, and with suppliers that support our operation, such as hosting, email and recruiting and assessment tools, always under confidentiality duties. Some of these suppliers may process data in other countries, with the safeguards required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purposes above or for the period required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent by writing to contato@begreathr.com.br. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
